INSTRUCTIONS FOR REDEEMING POINTS
Every time you place an order, you’ll automatically earn reward points! These points are linked to the email address you use at checkout, so make sure to use the same email each time.
💡 If you use different emails, your points will be split across multiple accounts.
You don’t need to sign up for a Members’ Area account to earn points, but you do need one to spend them.
Signing up is quick and easy: just create an account with your email and password, or log in using your Google account by clicking the Google logo on the sign-up/login page.
To redeem points as £££s off:

Go to the Fox Lane Points page and either Log In (if you already have an account) or Sign Up (if you’re new). If you can’t log in, try clicking the Google logo — you may have registered with Google before

Once logged in, you’ll see your current points balance. Eg: 500 points = £5 off

Add your products to the cart as usual

Click the cart icon, then select View Cart

Click checkout

Before choosing your payment method, look for the section showing how many points you can redeem. If you don’t see this section, you’re likely not signed in — log in first!

In the 'Redeem points for a reward' box, type the number of points you’d like to use (e.g. 500).

Click Apply Reward and your discount will be deducted from the subtotal

Choose your payment method and complete your order
That’s it! Enjoy spending your points and saving money on your next order!
